KwarTracker does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal or financial data. Everything you enter — accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, purchase plans, and loans — is stored only on your device. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers that receive your data.
This Privacy Policy explains how KwarTracker ("the app", "we", "us"), published by ArchTek Solutions, handles your information. KwarTracker is a personal-finance tracker designed to be offline-first and private by default. Please read this policy carefully.
Information we collect
None that leaves your device. KwarTracker has no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. The financial information you record is saved locally in the app's private storage on your phone and is never sent to us or anyone else.
How your data is stored
All app data is kept in a local database on your device. It is accessible only to the app and is protected by your device's standard application sandboxing. Because the data lives on your device, you are in full control of it at all times.
Device permissions
- Notifications — used only to show you the upcoming-expense and bill reminders you choose to set. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; no notification data is sent to us.
- Sharing / file export — when you tap to export a PDF report, the file is generated on your device and you choose where to send or save it through your system's share sheet. We do not receive a copy.
Sharing your information
We do not share your information with third parties, because we never receive it in the first place. Any data leaves your device only when you explicitly export or share it (for example, sending a PDF report to another app).
Data retention and deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling KwarTracker permanently removes all data it stored on your device.
Children's privacy
KwarTracker is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
